Hello! My name is Karen “Kae” Harrold and I’m a Body Contourist as well as a  Licensed Massage Therapist. I’m also a Licensed Social Worker and an Air Force Veteran with an immense passion to help others become the best version of themselves. With contouring and massage, my desire is to assist others achieved their manifested wellness goals and become their own body goals.

I started in bodywork in 2019 as a passionate professional trained to shrink your waist line and contour your body with procedures that help to reduce excess fat, tighten as well as tone problematic body areas. There are many types of body contouring methods, the options we offer are Ultrasonic Cavitation, Coolsculpting, Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation (EMS), Laser Lipo, Vacuum Therapy, and Needless Fat Dissolving Injections (Mesotherapy Lipolysis) to the list of services. 

Due to the demand for post operative care for individuals who has undergone surgery, I decided to further EBL’s services to include massage. In October 2022, I graduated from the University of Spa and Cosmology Arts in Springfield, Illinois. Currently, we offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massages.  Elite Body Lounge has several Post-Op services and packages available, that are offered upon request.  Even the healing process can be a great experience with Elite, I hope to see you soon!
